Covers manufacturing defects only. Please set up and use your Goal on the Go within 60 Days of purchase so you can inspect your goal. If you discover any manufacturing defects, Blockstar will replace or fix your Goal on the Go and will cover all shipping costs.
Normal wear and tear, abuse, or damage due to an accident are not covered by warranty. Please ensure proper care of your Goal on the Go so it can last a long time. Please follow set up instructions and properly store your Goal on the Go when not in use.
Beyond 60 Days
After 60 Days we will always do our best to assist you with any issues you may have with your Goal on the Go! Shipping and or replacement parts will be reasonably priced and will be the responsibility of the customer.
We are in the process of having replacement parts readily available so that we can help you fix your goal rather than have to replace it. It is our mission to be as sustainable as possible and assist you in any way we can! Please contact us anytime with questions :)
